Monica Casa was born in Torino (Italy) where she lives and works. While she was graduating at the Art High School of Torino, she worked as an assistant at Franco Assetto artist studio, where she learned processing techniques on different materials and refined her creative sensibility. After her studies, she worked in a prestigious laboratory of Torino where she learned to design and create stained glass windows and lamps in all stages of production. Driven by the need to express her taste and style, she opened her studio where, for about 10 years, she designs and produces glass windows, furniture and jewelry proposing solutions that differ from classical and serial production. In 2013, she proposed a new jewelry collection, named Linea Scultorea, which consists in unique pieces in silver-galvanized brass picturing shapes and three-dimensional movements, micro sculptures to wear.
