Pilar Viedma’s jewelry stands out for its bold dialogue between materials and colors: what matters is not the metal itself, but rather what that metal can tell.
Her work features a recurring use of copper mesh as a supporting structure: a material whose light, malleable texture opens up new formal and visual possibilities. Alongside copper, Viedma also works with oxidized silver, steel, and acrylic paints: everyday materials that she transforms into wearable sculptures, where color, texture, and three-dimensionality become signatures.
Through her lens, jewelry becomes a narrative form: Pilar’s creative journey does not seek traditional luxury, but explores the expressive power of less conventional materials, focusing on color, texture, structure, and lightness.
