Pilar Viedma’s jewelry stands out for its bold interplay of materials and colors: what matters is not the metal itself, but rather what that metal can tell.
In her work, we find a recurring use of copper mesh as a supporting structure: a material that, thanks to its light and malleable texture, opens up new formal and visual possibilities. Alongside copper, Viedma also works with oxidized silver, steel, and acrylic paints: everyday materials that she transforms into wearable sculptures, where color, texture, and three-dimensionality become symbols.
